Maren is the Manager of Business Development & Onboarding as of 2022, after four years as the firm’s Lead Payroll Specialist beginning in October of 2017. She works to develop and implement organizational processes and initiatives to make continual improvements in the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the firm. She also manages the onboarding process for new business clients.

Prior to that, she worked in bookkeeping and payroll for a small non-profit organization and spent a brief period working in the marketing industry as well. Maren graduated from Allen County Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University.

Outside of the office, Maren most enjoys playing with her pups, home renovation projects, interior design, and going to see live music.

Maren has a passion for numbers, analytics, and small business operations. She finds value in seeking out and implementing practices to improve both customer experience and staff efficiency. She also loves being introduced to such a wide variety of industries within the small business sector.
